Sharon Carter has over 30 years of optometric experience including working as an office manager, sales and training for an optometric software company and consulting for private practices. For more than 15 years Sharon has been speaking and motivating staff at state association meetings, national, and international conferences.

Lynn E. Lawrence is currently a national lecturer. He has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. An American Optometric Association, American Board of Opticianry, Joint Commission for Allied Healthcare Personnel in Ophthalmology, and COPE approved speaker.

Kelly Rosemann
ABOC
Kelly Rosemann is an ABO certified optician with over 20 years of optical experience and is a technical level II ABO approved speaker. She started her optical career in 1997 as an apprentice optician in St. Louis, MO, and became ABO Certified in 1998.
